RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN = good gosh that hurt.
Not hurt as injury, hurt like I have 30 extra pounds on my body moving in all different directions as I run. How would you like to go for a run hauling 3 burlap sacs of potatoes? I’m hoping this gets more bearable.
I don’t hate running, it’s just not my favorite. I’ve never been a strong runner. I used to run 10K in 55 minutes when I was fit and even then it still hurt. Hurt as in using much perseverance to get it done.
I’ll be slathered in tiger balm shortly. When I went for my last run later that night in the house it smelled like a giant A535 bomb went off. I wonder if my body will absorb all of that analgesic cream and I’ll be farting mint for a week……?
